My process for refreshing articles with Claude

MailerLite has a huge library of content. Keeping it up to do date with new features and data is no easy task.
But the benefits of doing so are huge since recently published articles:
-Get more traffic
-Are more likely to be cited by AI
-Contain up to date information about our product
Of course, refreshing content is very time consuming. Or at least it was.
To speed it up, I created a Claude project built to refresh articles. The project includes text files with information on new features, data reports, and customer stories, as well as information about our style guide.
We can then refresh any article by pasting in the existing content and asking the Claude project to highlight places in the article where content is outdated.
Since the project is filled with our proprietory data, the refreshes are packed with unique insights, even though they are done with AI.
I prefer this solution to a fully automated stack, since it allows me to have a high level of control over the process.
So far this process is working well.
It obviously saves a lot of time, and articles refreshed with the content almost always get a traffic boost. Plus, people who read the articles can learn about the most recent version of our product.
